Kerri has been selling real estate in the Cayman Islands since 2003 and started her own brokerage, Trident Properties, in 2013. This experience has allowed her to accumulate a wealth of knowledge about the Cayman real estate scene.
Her expertise is evidenced by the numerous sales awards Kerri has received, including her CLHMS designation from the Institute of Luxury Homes, making her the first certified luxury home specialist in the Cayman Islands, an accomplishment that requires exceptional knowledge of, and expertise in, the luxury home market.
While her real estate business keeps her extremely busy, Kerri is certainly no slouch in her spare time and is well-known in the community for her sporting and fundraising activities. Kerri is actively involved in endurance sports, including being a four-time finisher in Bad Water 135, described by National Geographic as "the world's toughest foot race", and representing the Cayman Islands in competitions all over the world - most recently a 135-mile mountain race in Brazil - raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for several charities over the years.
If her prowess in long-distance running wasn't enough, she is a powerhouse in the water as well. Her first endurance event in the Cayman Islands was a six-mile swim from Starfish Point to Barkers and back. Followed by a 106-mile run, this event alone raised more than $55,000 for St Baldricks, the childhood cancer society. Kerri has also raised vast amounts for Jasmine (Cayman's hospice care provider), the Cayman Islands Cancer Society, Rotary Cayman, and Canine Friends.
Kerri's recent community involvement has included sitting on a number of boards locally: Cayman Islands Humane Society, Meals on Wheels, Junior Achievement, and Cayman Islands Animal Rescue Enthusiasts (CARE). She also served for many years on the executive committee for King's Court, Britannia.
The persistence and dedication that Kerri has devoted to her sporting achievements, community involvement, and charitable fundraising are reflected in her professional enthusiasm; never one to shrink from a challenge, Kerri prides herself in always going the extra mile - or 100 miles - for her clients.
